How are you going to present something brand new that has never been
done before? *EXPLORE THE SKILL OR ADVENTURE WITH THE BOYS, AND FOLLOW
THEM AND THEIR PASSION!
Knowing or not knowing "technical stuff" is un-important to the
successful Leader. *In fact I think.. "A BUM-BULL-ING FOOL" can
be one of the most charming of Leadership facades<G> (NEW THOUGHT)
In FCF we dress- like wacky fat hippies<G>
Why not "act" in a way that makes the boys free to be important<G>
I see this all the time with GRAND-PA's... and the boys LOVE it!
*If you are all thumbs.. It's natural the boy will show "compassion"
and tie the dang sheepshank for yah! You don't "need" to be the expert<G>
*But frankly.. *TRAINING-TEACHING SKILLS TO BOYS is the job of Sr.Guide.
*Commanders job is "administrative"..
