i have to  disagree  here  the  Sr  commanders  is  the  administrater and  sometimes  the trainer. But  is is the commander of the  respectful  group who is  in charge to make  sure  the  boys learn . A sr  commander  can not  manage all the  groups. inmho Harry  smith   OP 250
