Good point Duane. Yeah its usually the one that you want to help the most that needs the most help. A kind word of praise goes a long way. Its hard to do-goes against everything we know or feel. Our first reaction is to stomp and ask questions later. Sometimes I fell too tired to even stomp. I step back and let them run wild trying to collect steam to get their attention and move forward.
