Here is a poem that I heard someone say to me the other day. When I was down
and it lifted my spirit and I hope it does the same for you This is as close
as I can remember it.

Lasting Treasures

Some gather riches
 along the paths of life
Some gather roses
to rest from worldly strife

I would rather find CHILDREN
among the thorns of sin
Seek for golden curls
 and freckled toothless grins

Those treasure wills not stop
 the time of endless days
Those flowers will finally wilt
and the fragrance will one day fade

OH those laughing CHILDREN,
those that God allows to win
As the Gates of Heaven swing wide open
 as we walk together in.
