I believe it was for reasons like this that My District has not moved on
this issue. Nothing has really been passed down definatively yet. Some of us
seem to want to jump the gun so to speak.(it's not being said that this is
wrong, the enthusiasm is definately encouraged) Some of us are still yet
uncertain and even some of us are perhaps uncomfortable with all of these
changes. (I'm not saying everyone is, please note.) If your District has
adopted something to this effect, it was in essence a District decision
until National distributes it nationally to the point of where we all are
reading from the same page. Not everyone appears to be on the same page
yet. Be patient, you will get there eventually. Based on all of the time I
have known Potomacs' executive staff, Cmdr Dan and Cmdr Homer, They most
likely won't do anything about it until national says otherwise, and they
have it in writting. I'm not speaking for them, but that is just my best
guesstimate on that. In the meantime, I can just about hear them say that
everything should remain as is for now for our District. Please note that
other Districts may have a different perspective on it, so if you would have
questions, please contact your District.

Be Blessed,
