That is the stated objective at our Outpost and is the norm. If they
don't have time to put on a khaki uniform, they are encouraged to. I
do have a couple of leaders that I haven't broke yet. They
haven't worn one yet.... It will take me getting them one and
personally hand it to them. I tell them "your example will
be followed by the boys"...I need you here helping and wished you
would wear one as the standard....but if you don't want to I still need
your help. The uniform makes them one of the leaders.
Some guys just don't want to be tied down or committed so I give a full rein to
them and let them run with what God has given them. Always nudging in the
right direction. If it is done in love and God's Spirit is shown through
it they will eventually step up to the line and wear the uniform and
then you have a good spirit there as they do it because they want to not because
they have to.
