[RR] Rephased uniform question

All, Let me rephase my question by playing the what if game. Let's say one evening before Rangers you get a letter from your pastor. In it he states he would like all Royal Ranger and Missionett leaders to be in full uniform every Wednesday night. Would this be asking to much?
