Be careful the head of the tick can stay in your skin, plus it swells some in the area, like a bad chigger bite, I burn the rears of the tick with match end or use tobasco hot sauce on him to make him let go. In TX or anywhere there is a decease called LIME Sickness and it could cause some big time trouble. Tick bites is how you get it and watch for the signs of that problem.
