Thanks for the prompt and BRAVE *responce<G>
We were recently talking about politics as well as formats for Leadership and the thought crossed my mind that I enjoy liveing in Freedom from the domination doctrine. It's strange to see a vast distance between the "Ideal" and the practical. *Clearly someone is buying beer in stores, and It's likely a great number of them do not plan on a quick trip to hell for it.<G> I've noticed that many who were raised in the AoG are no longer attending, and that many Ranger Leaders are left on the side lines for trivial confrontations over prescribed beliefs that may- or may not be valid. Beer drinking seems to hold the potential for dangerious conversation, simular to talking about Women's roles in Royal Rangers<G> The dominate view is in power and only a fool would buck the "system"... *For myself, I beleve matters of custom and culture may be more at play than the individual act of an adult individual. If you listen close to the public, they beleve that Christians are known to feed on themselves over trivia. -=A=- --- Commander Pier <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > *It's going to be a long weekend and I wondered > > what the Rangernet patrol thinks of Beer drinkers in general<G> > > I do not drink beer, but here are my thoughts: > > Beer drinking is OK provided, > > - it is not a stumbling block to a weaker brother, > - it is used in moderation - no drunkenness, > > That said, > > - why would you want to support an industry that produces so much > misery, > - are you drinking beer for the taste or is it the alcohol?
