Greetings, We are getting ready to host our first ever sectional pinewood derby race. Do you allow parents & Boys.... to come to the derby and participate.. that are not a part of Royal Rangers.
To be fair to the boys who are in a Ranger Group... if you do allow them do you have a separate race for them so that a Ranger takes home the ribbon/trophy in a division that is for his class... Ranger Kids... Adventure Kids... Discovery kids and then a "First Timer.. Visitor.. race? Do you have a race for commanders only and a race for parents? And.... do the moms and sisters get to join in the fun in a "ladies" race... Would an Pastor's Race Off also be approrpate? (Get them involved) Maybe give a special tropey that they bring back each year to see which church can keep it for a year or something?
