Here in NCal/Nev, we have Racing Classes for Straight Arrows on up to Commanders. The Challengers are allowed to race with either the Trailblazers or the Commanders. We also have an Open Class for friends and family or Missionettes(good turn out with this Class) and an Unlimited Class (See my RE to Jim Hufferd for an explanation). We use this format from the Local Church Race all the way up to the District Roll Off.

(Get them involved) Maybe give a special tropey that they bring back each year to see which church can keep it for a year or something?
