I am surprised that a something as simple as tabbing a bible as outlined in the Leaders Manual would negate you as a leader or someone who would be able to lead someone to Christ.
I know of a man who has lead many to Christ simply following those tabs in his Royal Ranger Bible. The Bible does outline things that must be said, acknowledged, done to be saved. Nice Guys won't make it into Heaven. Only those that accept Jesus Christ and his plan for salvation. It is simple and yet it does indeed need to be followed. If there are no boundaries than anything goes. That isn't God's Plan. Am I saying that one has to follow verbatim these words... nope not saying that at all. I am supporting the methods taught in the RR Leaders Manual as I know it works and it has lead many many to Christ. Its foundation in this respect is the Bible and that is God's word.
