I get the same felling here in Ohio, the lack of interest from Scout (boy and girl), Venturing, and Royal Ranger leaders in wanting adequate CPR/First Aid training scares me, when they are taking our children (grandchildren) into an environment that they are not use too. It's not just the kids, it's the adults that may be the one most at risk for heart attack, stroke, or sudden illness and no one else trained or may even know what to do. These people don't realize that their cell phones don't work when they are out in the boonies.
