Jonathon: Thanks for the information and your insight, as to what is going on back there at National.  I figured that things were pretty much cut & dried when the modules were presented to us in March, as I am sure a LOT of others did.  As always, you seem to have a better understanding of things.   With this information I can face the Commanders and Instructors on Monday at our Commanders Meeting with some REAL information, not just "Things have been delayed, again"....  It becomes very frustrating when you don't know why things are taking so long.  I expected to be able to come back and start teaching the new modules by June & had planed the calendar accordingly.    Jim Hufferd SO Cal District
