What has been said below is not entirely true. Try sending a GMA application in under the old format and you will get it back. Try chartering Straight Arrows, Buckaroos, Pioneers, Trailblazers, and Challengers, it cannot be done. By January 1, 2004 you must switch to the new format. It may not all be available, but you must switch. Books 1-5 of the Standard and Alternate Leadership Training Course will no longer be accepted after December 31, 2003. GPH will not support the old materials after December 31, 2003. After saying what I have said above, YES, there are barriers to doing the "ministry" the old way.
