I do not see what the problem here is.  Each District is their own separate entity and can do what they want.   If they want a FCF family days WITH women, it does take them to be a family, then so be it.  Remember, what comes our of National Office is GUIDELINES.  What they probably are afraid of is that they will take most of the prizes.

Well...  The women may not be able to actually join FCF, but that does not prevent them from participating - if they so choose - like at a FCF Family Camp.

As far as I am concerned the women can participate as much or as little as the wish at our Sectional FCF Camp. We held our first ever FCF Family Camp this year, but the participation level was down.  Rather think it was due to a 4 hour thunder shower in the early morning hours and rain forecast.  Some of the tents and shelters had rivers running through them, but we had a good time anyhow.  The women went shopping at a nearby mountain town, and that was their choice.

I'm with DJ, let's not buck the issue even if we disagree with it as it doesn't help matters any.  Instead work back channel, behind the scenes to get things changed at he National Level.
