I haven't been in a while, but I do know that it is pretty well attended. They have a "primative" camp area with tipi, bakers etc and a "St. Louie" camp area with modern tents or campers. I do know that a lot of the spouses and children dress in period clothing and also sleep in the shelters. It used to be only FCF families but for several years now it is open to all RR families. A big portion is still FCF families.

Is it well attended?  Do the women sleep in the shelters or opt for nearby motels?

I understand the pertrified horse thing and all.  In fact, the article I sent about girls trapping, etc., was a commentary on how our culture has changed.  The girls in FCF comment was tongue in cheek and not meant to stir the pot again.

I understand the mission - reach, teach, keep boys for Christ.  But it would be nice to have a family FCF event one of these days where you can bring the family.
