I agree. At BSTC in Falling Waters WV, the Camp Commander,
a man nemed Ben Revell I believe, said that, "Royal Rangers
is a program and a ministry. Don't ever confuse the two.
The program is camping, knots, and firecraft. The ministry
is reaching, teaching, and keeping boys for Christ. The
program gives us the opportunity for the ministry, so do
it with all your heart, and do it well.
As for an Alternate for small churches: Royal Explorers.
