Honesty chat...
Cdr.Johnnie was an American... but he gave the program to many other countries
and they have developed Royal Rangers in a variety of was different to the USA
version..
Uniformity is not the main thing...we don't need to look the same, sound alike or
agree.
The fact is that today we struggle to even communicate, and for years that
problem was solved by NOT
talking... *But the LORD has allowed us to meet, to share, to compare... and we
can explore
and adventure our way to understanding<G> American Commanders have been blinded
by the bright lights
of our american culture.. (Thin Ice- *Because we started RRangers... we think we
own it.. *NOT!)
"Making the Main thing- the main thing-<G>
------------------------------------------
Just what "organic differences" do we have with Oz Rangers- Brit Rangers or
German Rangers?
I say few<G> *Sure you have Vegimite or Crumpets or Snitzelgruben<G> Grow up! USA
has
Root Beer and "Moonpies" equally or more gross than the above<G>
Making the main thing means that looking down the time line... a young 1962 Royal
Ranger could not "dream"
that at the turn of the 20th century, he'd be pushing Royal Rangers<G>
(*Thanks Dad- *Thanks Cdr.Hank- *Thanks Cdr.John Martinez- Cdr.MPJ *Thanks
Cdr.Johnnie!)
Making the main thing the main thing means- WE DON'T NEED TO CONTROL!
.......we just ease back, trust that the Emblem, the CODE and the Motto is our
"uniformity"

That's un-true.. and I hope you get to travel around to see it with your eyes!
The quality of "form" of the Outpost is "suggested" but in no way is it
"ordered" or
can it be "enforced"... *If you have Women in leadership above Buckaroos or even
a
Lady as Sr.Commander.. there is no "authority" to criticize your individual
Outpost.
The "nature or character" of the meetings can be whatever you dream up..
You do not have to wear a proper uniform and you can make-up or add whatever you
like...
T-shirts shorts are all ok... you have a "SOVERN RIGHT" under our congregational
form of government,
and no National or Dist. official can say anything against you....

"Strong Heart did point the way... you see he *pointed- he *pointed- We have to
become the "do-ers"
The good news is that it has allways been this way<G>
