I agree, but find it difficult to remain in the right state of mind, when
I've worked all day and rushed to the Ranger meeting.. then tried
to cover all the bases and lead the group...
It's hard to be that *friend.. with the noise and sweat that participateing
generates..
*Pastor comes out of the side door reved up for church...
Fresh suit and ready for work!<G>
He greets you, comments on the day, then turns to the Word.
He may compliment you, or he may rebuke or correct, comment..
but then he closes in prayer, and during that time he didn't have
4 boys ask him to go to the bathroom<G> and have to break up
2 fights!
*Pastor is a professional, and we agree to be in order as we yeild
to his *Ministry. We may say "amen" or "Yes!" and openly praise the
Lord.. but the nature of the service is such that we don't build pinewood
derby cars in the pew or play American eagle in the asiles..<G>
So we have some challenges... and I guess we have some options on
the format of the Outpost meeting.
How could I work it out so that I could be calm..cool and be Commander?
