This is close to the mark. Rangers looses kids becasue we oftren run an
uninspiring, and boring program...

This brings up a favourite issue of mine. Is Rangers a ministry or a program.
often times I will argue that it is a program - as calling it a ministry gives
us the excuse to put in a half-hearted effort.
If there are no GMA's being earned in your outpost/district - then you have a
serious program. You are not running Royal Rangers: you might be running an
effective bible study, a great camping program or a baby sitting club - but
not
Rangers. The fruit of Rangers is the salvation, discipleship, mentoring,
stewardship and the GMA...

either be a Royal Ranger or know someone who is a Royal Ranger.
