Victor,
I still don't get this argument???? I've been involved in many ministries in
my life - including Royal Rangers and I've always given 110%. On the other
hand, I've been in many programs (Christmas plays, musicals, choir programs,
etc) that many people were only doing half-hearted. Some would call those
programs. I consider rangers a ministry that uses a scouting type program.
It can be as efective or non-effective as the commander chooses to make it. I
minister to boys, I don't program them. :>)
