I still don't get this argument????  I've been involved in many ministries in
my life - including Royal Rangers and I've always given 110%.  On the other
hand, I've been in many programs (Christmas plays, musicals, choir programs,
etc) that many people were only doing half-hearted.  Some would call those
programs.  I consider rangers a ministry that uses a scouting type program.
It can be as efective or non-effective as the commander chooses to make it.  I
minister to boys, I don't program them.  :>)
