with rules like you describe..

you plan the food
you buy it
you load the gear
you select the sight...
...and mayby *I'll come *IF YOU PROMISE IT WILL BE FUN!

...so I ASSUME(sorry) that your Ranger outpost WANTS to go camp!
*To do that we need to handle some logistics!

I'll need your menu plans by the end of tonights meeting to get them
approved by the Commander staff... *Remember we have Fri. night sack
dinner/snack on our own then we need a breckfast-lunch and dinner *and
drinks!
Cook'nGear is in the patrol boxes... shelter is what you bring with at
least a 2 -man buddy system...
I want everyone with packs *ready and we'll check out the first time
campers at the get-go for the 10 essencials..
The main effort of this camp-out will be TEAM BUILDING, and getting this
guys in your Patrols to work togather...
