MY take on this is that the youth and the rangers would like to do both,
not made to choose between the two programs. When my sons were in rangers
the also attended youth which was held on Friday night. Now that is a win
win situation to REACH, TEACH, AND KEEP boys for Christ. They were active
enough in both programs to keep them on the right track and out of trouble.
They were in constant contact with Christian piers.
