I asked a question in all seriousness. I believe your answer to be
flippantly given. I'm sure you meant no disrespect, however.
        In light of Mt. St. Helens and the ensuing " flood" and it's results and
since the effect was a miniature Grand Canyon ( for some reason I
remember thinking it was a 1/40 th scale model ) proving the small amount
of time ( compared to the geological scale ) needed to accomplish a
geological feat how long do you think this process really
takes?
        Wow, was that a run on sentence or what?
