If prizes and candy will get them started, why not.  As time passes by, there 
will be less a need for these things as they are excepting the new way as 
normal.  We have been doing this for about three months now and have over 
half of the pioneers in uniform.  They don't know which Wednesday night they 
will be rewarded.  One Wednesday night a few weeks back those who came in 
uniform went to Diary Queen for an ice cream treat.  The others stayed with 
me.  You should have heard some of the excuses for them not being in uniform. 
 We don't plan on having to do this for long.  Just long enough to make it 
normal.
It isn't taking away from our purpose, but helping it.
