Good job commander.  This will work.  I haven't used the dart guns and
candy for several years now...  at one time that is what got them in
uniform and "READY".  Now they all just come in full class b uniform.  65
men and boys all in class bs top to bottom every wednesday night.   

Once you get the ball rolling it will keep rolling just feed it a little
candy and recogintion and volla!  Advancements will come and so on.
