I know I have required it for 15 years... long before it became a National
guideline.... it only makes sense... especially in the 90's.

Besides, any time you can get a father or uncle out to a campout gives
wonderful oportunity for either fellowship or witnessing...

Got a question that I really understand.
I know most districts request the fathers of Buckaroos to be present
in order for them to spend the night a pow wow. Which I understand.
Does this same policly apply to local outpost campouts as well?
