All *policy decisions are the domain of the sovern districts or of
national to set at their respective functions/events...

Rangernet should be advised *NOT to state something as "gospel" and
likewise *quoteing: "I read it on Rangernet" is likely to get you
banned from the Cdr.Johnnie "big house" (Haha-ha!)

BE THAT, AS IT MAY....

It may be in some areas that Buckaroos are allowed to camp with a parent
at a powwow, or it may be that they are restricted by the "no-Camp"
guideline.

You might check, with your Dist. Powwow Camp co-ordinator... and it might
be on a case by case basis<G> (He might want a shinely new case knife as a
"love-gift")

It don't seem a "problem" with my dist. un-less the Buckaroos parent is a
Mommy type, in which case she is only considered a *visitor... unless she
is a non-USA Royal Ranger leader, and is granted "Special Guest" status<G>

Clear as Mud!
