That's a shame - Look at the requirements for the leaders awards - 
specifically the blue and gold cluster awards.  These folks are supposed to 
be visiting their churches - you should find out if any have been presented 
with thses awards and then ask them how!  A big part of keeping this ministry 
working is communication - it's vital - that's why the requirements are set 
up like.  Sectional commanders are usually given a notebook with a set of job 
descriptions for their sectional staff - check it out - and then ask the 
question - why not?
