All,
I got an idea I've been thinking and was wondering what you thought.
I think the sectional commander should appoint a group of men from each
section within the district. These men that have been appointed should be
given the task
of personaly visting ever outpost in there district. If a district is
large appiont more
men. These men would go to the outpost like three times a year. They would
basicly be looking things over to see the health of that outpost.
They would then get back with the sectional commander and tell there
findings.
Once the Sectional heres the findings he can judge if more action is needed
for that outpost. Exp:
Outpost 73 from (?) of the northeast section has no leaders thats been
through
LTC. The men leading is not exicted about Rangers and the outpost is
slowing
dieing. Last year they had 48 boys now they are down to 24. I think we
should
send the sectional or area commander to this outpost and try to get them
exicted
about Ragners and maybe get them enrolled in the LTC.
