  To me cartoons have been doing this from day one.  Getting anvils dropped 
on heads, wolves eating birds hunters with guns, it's all the same thing. "We 
didn't start the fire it was always burning since the world's been 
turning."(to quote a musician) Pokemon wasn't the first and it won't be the 
last.  All it is is the same thing in different packaging.  Another thing is 
that the Simpson for example is the number one animated show in Prime time, 
and what goes on there is contrary to what we are about.  Something to think 
about.
