[RR] Senior Guide in a Patrol System

In trying to better understand the Patrol System, I am trying to figure out whether each outpost (SA., B, P, TB) has it's own Sr. Guide, or should there be one for P and TB' and another  for B/SA's?   Greg Shaffer Buckaroo Commander OP49 Potomac District
