My commanders have been told outright that God is first, Family
second, ministry next. I told them that if they felt that their
family was being slighted that they should rethink their involvement
and perhaps we could set up a revolving schedule. They were all
surprised and none decided to take the matter further. While I
expect commitment from them, I always support theiur decisions
to give their families priorities. It almost makes me wish that
Rangers was co-ed so that the time could be spent together as
a family at all age levels.
