i think we have to understand the reason the segrgation of women and men
with rangers and missionettes was not to shavenistic but with the idea
thta the boys would be able to see male roles to look up and in the case
of the single mom to help her out by suppling male roles for her son to
look up and the other argument with missionetees. Now this is not to say
that guide lines should bre in place so that women could work with the
boysand that the pl;icy should be reaximended but that is my understanding
of why the deperation to give girsl female role nodels and boys male role
