Hey Discouraged. Make a few changes. Ask them to come in early to pray
and prepare. Bring in some donuts and coffee and pray for one another...
Lets say 30 minutes before hand. Then praise and hold them to it. Get
the prayer group praying for your leaders. I know I need those prayers.
Some Boy Scouts are held in Churches and there is little to very little
difference between them and us. Nice thing about RR is we are
accountable to God and our Church to hold to standards.
