This isn't a bad program at all some of it might work!
If you look at all of CDR. -=A=-'s posts he has written about the "Dream" of
boy leadership what has be come of that why hasn't the dream of Boys taking
over Rangers hasn't been talked in the whole program?
I agree that some things should change but if you should revamp the program,
re do the entire thing from scrach. new everything advancement trail and
maby even a orginial leadership idea whatever that might be better for all.
