I agree. This is evangelism and it's what we do best.
The discipleship part is the hard part. And it's where we lose a lot of those
we save. We lose a lot of folks because of how we act AFTER we get them saved.
I think it's a pretty narrow line to walk when you are trying to disciple
someone.
Where and when do you stop carrying them and make them walk on their own? Even
if they lean on you, it's OK, as long as they are trying to walk on their own.
To some of those we have evangelized, the effort we put in to get them to walk
on their own appears to be abandonment or worse...
