I thought that that idea died. but they did come up with new requirements  
for each level.  Some of the ideas started out here in California and with
some of the Nor Cal boys in power now we may see some of them.  As for Fred
and Sonny, they are dear men who have given much to Rangers so we do need to
honor them for that.  Rembember they are also human like the rest of us and
make mistakes to.  I dont always agree with what they say or do and they are
very busy men. Even though he cant give you much time Sonny will look you
right in the eyes when he talks to you, even if it is for just a minute.
