The philosophy of "boy Leadership" is not completely desired
in our fellowship, or respected as a virtue.   *I don't fault the
individuals or the institution...  Because it is a un-seen opportunity
at developing the character of boys along side the other great
aims of Royal Rangers.

RR offer's excellent fellowship, and freedom for Dad's and sons
to share the joys of our times together, But cutting the "apron"
strings means more than the gender statement implying a break
with "Mom"....

It's my desire that the Leadership,  embrace all the points of the Ranger
emblem with equal vigor.
