*Here's what I 'pro-pose to raise Charter fees...
As current Outposts trend to stay local, and move
to para-professional administration, *so Royal Rangers
needs to move the same way...
I suggest there be made "professional Royal Rangers"
who are tasked with raiseing the number of chartered
Outposts as well as administrating combined resources
for the benifit of bettering the quality of individual
Outposts.
This "Full Time" Royal Ranger... Much like a "district
commander" would be paid from the Charter fees and profit
from a Ranger Supply/FCF gear enterprise. As a "Professional"
he would have access aside from personal lay involvement,
and in fact *not be involved in local RR.
