For a new outpost that has limited resources. I tell them to seed
charter. Get Chartered and get envolved. Next year try to up their
numbers to reflect their outposts.

What I do with our outpost. I take a average attendance and register.
To get a close count register the boys that you see most every wed night.
 We average 50 each year.

I am working as a sectional commander to help the smaller churches get
things done. Hosting campouts, PW Derby workshops, Advancement Lockins
are a few we are working towards. The biggest problem I have found is
"I" trouble. If you can work them past that "I" trouble you are on your
way to a successfull ministry. Very recently I ran into this "I" trouble
head on and it just about soured me for a few days. With God's Help I
will do my best to Serve God my Church and my fellow man. This includes
those with "I" trouble. We all wrestle with our flesh wanting to be in
control and wanting our own way. It takes dying to one's self to get
past this. Some keep resurrecting that old flesh, even I.

p.s. Just keep on trying and we will see a harvest.
