*Didn't know that, ...but did understand grow'n up that electric
Rock and Roll was evil and Porter Wagoner, Ernest Tub and a
host of other Country performers were "culturaly toloerable"
to our AoG fellowship...
...but not to be brought up in conversation with the Pastor<G>

We had a string of Texas Evangelists come through, that seemed
to have picked up that "Micky Gilly/Jerry Lee" style of piano
play'n....

Norwalk AG didn't have a "Pipe Organ" but did have a "Bull Fiddle-
'lectric gee-tars and at times drums!<G> *I'm not sure MPJ that
we shared a "simular" heritage<G>

*Power in the blood?
*Victory in Jesus?
...and so forth all 4/4 time and played with 3 chords!

As a young boy.. I would hear the tempo pick up, the
song repete and the third time through, the *Holy Ghost
would decend on Sister Wilson, she would jump up with
a *screeam... and begin to dance, that would cause Brother
Harold Stires to rise and begin a "Pentecostal 2 step"
and depending on the amount of participation we might
never get to the preaching that night!

*Pipe organs were never a part of that heritage, though
wild *Hammond or "farficci organ" simular to the sound of
"The Doors" might!
