All,
My Sr. Commander has a boy who just turned 5
that is
wanting to join Rangers. He currently is in the
Rainbow program. The Rainbow leader is saying he must stay in Rainbows untill he
graduates. The Sr. Commander is worried that he will be behind the other boys
when he graduates.
What needs to happen here?
