What I was talking about there was the argument between sprinkling and 
dunking. I did have a missionary friend (50 years on the field) Hal Leahman 
once say that if you were in the Sahara and had no water that you could pour 
sand over the persons head. Now that is an extreme case but it goes to the 
point of the symbolic act. ( Hal was an A/G minister, pastor and missionary.)
