*Haveing a "problem" quoteing your message<G>

You asked:

"Duane you said last mo. to promote the trouble maker
to Sr.Guide.. why the change?"

This problem child was described as a boy with trouble
learning and participateing in the group. He was disruptive
and a concern for 7 mo's... and fits the ADD model.

The boy I would promote, would be a quick witted kid
with a sassy mouth<G> ...another kind of "problem"

Get REAL!

*Both cases need keen observation and wisdom to know
what to do.. and also what NOT to do..

Rangers from the get-go has never NEVER EVER! been a
snap and go... follow Cdr.Johnnie's 10 step plan to the
letter!

Ranger leaders MUST operate with the gifts of the *spirit
to deserne wisely, and act with mercy! I've had kids like
this one in my Outpost, and honestly I didn't want to face
another week of Arron McConnel.

You work to plan a meeting and a new game.. and suddenly it's
all called *Chase Arron McConnel... *Laugh at Arron Mc Connel
*Tell Arron McConnel to be quiet... *Keep Arron Mc Connel from
fighting...

These kids stress me out!
They scare me too!
