*Far from the flat-land, accross the shine'n Rockies
and down the wide Columbia that rolls to the Pacific!
As good as the intentions are to teach the Patrol
System to Adults.. *The real need is training to
TEACH it to boys!
Also..
Leading by example... in NO way is "Doing it better"
or "Building a model camp"
Leadership is found in discovering what fires the passion
in your boys, and working to serve that combination of
opportunities. Real leadership develops MORALE among
all who are members of your group.
It resuls in phrases of: "I can do that!" or.. "Oh! Now I
Understand!" or even.. "No problem! Can DO!"
*What all this has to do with "Hunger4God" and the
Spiritual point is developing a framework for teams
to organize work, and ministry to others...
When we all pull togather.. we join in harmony.
In THAT place Christ can be lifted up and the spirit we
feel is the bonds of friendship found in common good.
