You mean I'm not the only one that plays with snakes? The ladies in my
church tell my that they are glad that I am here to do these things with
their sons. They tell me this especially when I show them photos their boy
with various reptilian creatures as they put their hand over their heart to
slow the palpitations, or tell them how they got to pet a baby alligator 3
years old), or there was the time that we made our own emergency exit and
tried out the "fireman's chair knot" (it works real well).

Given a choice I pass on the belly crawl'n critters.
I have wraped a Python across my sholders and helped
rescue a "pet" Boa from a Sea Scouts parked car..
But grow'n up in the desert country made me sortah
shy of tangle'n with a Ratt'ler.. I've seen the
result of a Mohave Green bite and the poor feller
had his leg swell up like a pumpkin!
