Amen, but there also non-Christians in Christian schools. I grew up going
to the First Nazarene Elementary (kindergarten) in Lancaster, California,
American Lutheran Elementary School in Burbank, California (3rd-6th),Saint
Finbar High School also in Burbank (7th) and Belmont College prep (rented
their rooms from a Jewish synagogue) (9th). My mother sent me there simply
because she knew I would get a better education due to the curriculum and
the student teacher ratio (one school had 3 teachers and 35 students) and
for the safety factor. My mother to this day is an agnostic and thinks I am
brain washed by the type of church I attend. In these schools none of the
students professed Christianity. Not one. None of the teachers asked me
the condition of my soul. Again, I say not one. In fact in the Catholic
school I was beat up for being the only Protestant. I was taught the books
of the Bible, had to attend chapel every Friday, I was in the choir and
Pastor was our principal. I was told I would have to take confession (St.
Finbars'), I refused that (rebellious me). I was taught various songs and
Bible stories and had wonderful teachers received a great education (except
for the year when my religion class consisted of studying Jesus Christ
Superstar but even that has helped me to witness to teenagers), but no one
asked me where I would go when I died.

I will say the education was worth it as well as the safety factor. The few
years I attended Public school I was BORED. There is more expected of you
in private school and more is offered.

Sorry, my tangent

Spirit Rider, etc, I appericate all the comments, the best help was from
Mike. However one thing I like to comment on, is that Christian should stand
up and never compromise what they belive is right and what is wrong. Also
one more thing then I get off my soap box:). I feel Christian should be in
secular college, and this is for that. There is non Christian that needs the
Lord in non Christian college. For example if we Christian just attend
Christian school and Christian colleges. Then aren't we not reaching people
that go to non Christian school. God told us to go out to reach everyone
whichever it may be, however we should never comprimse what we belive. Just
my two cents, never compromise what the word of God say John
