The Foothill Section is in the Southern California District with 22 charted churches, we had 1 Ranger Kid show up for ROTY, it was not a bad date or time because we had a BB Gun competition at the same time and place that was well attended. When I talked to our District Commander he said I had more show up than half the other sections in our district.
